These terms cover your use of trustandtail.com, run by Trust & Tail (Cody Quinn) in the Denver, Colorado area. By using the site you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

Information on this site

I keep the services, prices, service areas and hours on this site current, but they can change. Prices listed are per visit unless stated otherwise. Holiday surcharges, travel fees outside the core area and some quotes (such as first yard cleanups) are confirmed before any work starts.

Price estimates

The price estimator gives an estimate based on the prices listed on this site. It is not a quote, an offer or a contract. Your actual price is confirmed with you directly, usually at the free meet & greet, before any service begins.

Booking services

Sending the contact form, a text or an email is a request, not a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only when I confirm it with you directly. The details of each service, such as schedule, home access, vaccination and safety requirements, are agreed with you before care starts, and any written service agreement we sign will control over these website terms.

Using the site

You may use this site for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. Please don’t misuse it: don’t send spam or harmful code through the form, try to break or overload the site, or copy its content for commercial use.

Content and trademarks

The text, design and the Trust & Tail name and logo belong to Trust & Tail. Some photos are licensed from Adobe Stock and are used under that license.

Links to other sites

Links to Google, Instagram, Facebook, Nextdoor and WhatsApp are provided for convenience. I’m not responsible for those sites or their content.

No warranty

The site is provided “as is.” I try to keep it accurate and available, but I don’t promise it will be error-free or always online.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Trust & Tail is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Colorado consumer protection law.
